These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the www.noblueprintcoaching.com website ("Website").

The Website is operated by No Blueprint LLC trading as No Blueprint Coaching ("No Blueprint Coaching", "we", "us" or "our"), a business registered in the State of California, United States. By accessing and using the Website, you ("you" or "your") confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the Website only — browsing it, reading its content, subscribing to the newsletter, taking the quiz, and contacting us. Coaching services themselves are provided under a separate agreement between us and each client, and that agreement governs the coaching relationship.

No purchases through the Website:

The Website does not sell anything or take payments. Descriptions of services and any prices shown are for information and are an invitation to get in touch, not a contractual offer — no purchase or coaching relationship is created by using the Website. If we introduce purchases through the Website in the future, these Terms will be updated with terms of sale before that happens.

Information, not advice:

The content on the Website — including articles, quiz results, newsletter emails, and free resources — is provided for general information and reflection only. It is not professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as such. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Occasionally the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in service descriptions and pricing. The Website links to external resources, including Calendly for scheduling calls and an external platform hosting our quiz, and may link to other websites from time to time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and the state and federal courts located in California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Website — except that if you use the Website as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Changes and amendments:

We may modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting an updated version on the Website. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
