The No Blueprint Intensive

For professionals whose language, leadership, transition, identity, and communication challenges are all connected.

The No Blueprint Intensive

For professionals whose language, leadership, transition, identity, and communication challenges are all connected.

You’ve worked on your English. You’ve worked on your confidence. You’ve read the books, tried the advice, and talked it through with people.

But every time you solve one part of the problem, you discover there is something deeper underneath. You become more comfortable in the country or with the team, but you still struggle to find the words when it matters.

You improve your English, but something still changes when you are in a meeting, under pressure, speaking to a client, leading a team, or trying to say something that is important.

You start with one thread, and it pulls on all the others.

You sit down to improve your English, and you realize it isn’t only about language. It’s also about not feeling fully like yourself in this country, in this workplace, on this team, or in this version of your life.

You try to adapt to a new culture, but the same challenges keep appearing: how you speak, how people understand you, how confidently you contribute, how effectively you lead and how much of yourself you are able to bring into spaces.

And underneath the everyday challenges are the questions that keep coming back:

Why do I sound less like myself in English?

Why can I explain this so easily in one language but not another?

Why am I so tired? Is it the work, the culture, the language, or something else?

Do I keep adapting, or is it time to ask for something different?

Should I stay, return home, or create a new path where I am?

Why does this life look good on paper but still not fully feel like mine?

Imagine it’s a year from now.

The meeting, language or decision about whether to stay are not three separate things you’re trying to solve anymore.

You’ve settled into something that feels like one life, and it feels right.

You speak, and more of you is present - your judgment, humor, and opinion, in the language you’re speaking in.

You’ve stopped auditing yourself after every conversation.

You’re not managing five separate problems anymore.

You’re living one life, with more of yourself available inside it.

You’ve stopped wondering which country you're supposed to feel at home in. You’re not managing five things at once. You’re living, and thriving.

You’ve probably already tried to fix different parts of the problem.

And each person you’ve turned to has helped with one part.

The language teacher works on grammar. The coach works on confidence.

Each one gives you something useful, but separately, as if your English, your confidence, and your sense of who you are in this country or working in this environment are different problems that can be solved one at a time. But they aren’t separate.

Better grammar doesn’t help much when the thing affecting your voice in a meeting is that you’re not sure you belong there. More confidence doesn’t last when you still can’t find the words you need.

So you become the person trying to connect all the pieces. You carry it between language lessons, coaching sessions, work, and the harder weeks, trying to understand what is really happening and hold everything together.

That’s the part nobody is usually helping with.

And it’s often the part that feels the most exhausting.

Language and the life around it are not separate.

The way you lead or work changes when the culture, workplace, or language changes. What once felt natural, giving feedback, speaking directly, making decisions, or asking questions, can suddenly feel harder to judge.

How you settle into a culture affects what you feel able to say in it, and how you’re heard affects whether you feel like you belong there.

Pull on one thread, and the others move.

Support that treats English, confidence, leadership, and transition as separate categories keeps missing the real problem, because the real problem is the way they are woven together.

That’s the work.

Not fixing English in one place and the life around it somewhere else.

Working with the whole knot: the language, the culture, the leadership moment, and the person in the center of it.

I’m Christina, and I understand the whole picture.

For many people, this challenge gets divided between different professionals. For one person helps with the language. Another works on confidence. Another supports leadership, communication, or cross-cultural transition.
Four people who never speak to each other, each working on a piece of something that isn't in pieces. I'm trained in all of it, on purpose.

That is why the Intensive exists.

I'm an ICF-accredited Leadership and Performance Coach, trained through ACT and Brown University. This is where we work on the bigger questions: whether to stay or make a change, how to advocate for yourself, and how to lead in environments that were not built with you in mind.

I'm also CELTA-qualified and a trained Neurolanguage Coach. This is where we work on the language itself, and on how your brain accesses and uses that language under pressure, when confidence, emotion, and identity are involved.

And I've lived this experience myself. Twenty years across 12 countries, seven languages, more than 500 clients, and my own life built across cultures that weren't the one I grew up in.

One person, working on the whole thing at once. That's the point of the Intensive.

Working with Christina has been a transformative experience for both my professional and personal growth.

Christina brings a unique blend of insight and empathy that helps you think more clearly and act with confidence. Through our sessions I gained clarity and strengthened my ability to navigate complex work challenges, and grew in confidence using my voice and in my leadership. She creates a space that encourages honest reflection while also nudging you toward meaningful action.

The Intensive is likely for you if:

Your English, your work, and your life across cultures have become impossible to separate.

You’ve tried solving the pieces one at a time, and the problem keeps resurfacing.

You know it’s partly language, but you also know it’s not only language.

You’re carrying a decision (stay, go, adapt, push back, start again) alongside the day-to-day communication.

You want depth and real-world practice, not a quick fix or a tidy separation between language and life.

You’re ready to look at the whole thing clearly, not just the piece that’s easiest to name.

It's probably not for you if:

You want to focus only on English, or only on coaching. The standalone services are a better fit.

You want a quick fix, or a fixed program where every session is decided in advance. This is deep, personal work, and it takes months.

You want beginner English, accent reduction, exam prep, or relocation logistics. That’s not my work and I’d rather tell you now.

You want career counseling, immigration advice, therapy, or someone to tell you what decision to make.

This is a substantial commitment of time, energy, and money, over several months. If the fee is out of reach right now, do ask as I keep a small number of sliding-scale places, and I’d rather have the conversation than have you rule yourself out.

How it works

This is the most complete version of my work, designed to help you build enough clarity, language, and self-trust to move through real situations with more choice.

The Intensive gives you the space to work on the whole challenge, not just one piece at a time.

We start with a 90-minute Mapping Session to see the whole situation at once, then work through it across coaching and language sessions.

It brings together the parts that are usually handled separately: coaching, English language development, Neurolanguage coaching, CELTA-informed teaching, cross-cultural experience, communication practice, and real-life application.

Clients often begin to:

Stop managing the language, the culture, and the decision as three separate problems.

Say what they mean, in English, in the moment it matters - and be heard the way they intended.

Understand which part of the difficulty is language, which is culture, and which is the bigger question underneath.

Make the decision they’ve been circling — stay, go, adapt, push back — with more honesty and less exhaustion.

Feel like one coherent person across languages, cultures, and roles, instead of a different, smaller version in each.

Stop auditing themselves after every conversation, and stop wondering where they’re supposed to feel at home.

The goal is not to become perfectly fluent, perfectly confident, or perfectly adapted.

It’s to build enough clarity, language, and self-trust that you can move through real situations with more of yourself, and more choice.

There's no blueprint for your life, but there is a shape to this work.

The No Blueprint Method

The work is reflective, but it isn’t vague. We use what comes up to work out what’s true, what matters, and what you actually want to do about it - and then you go and try it, and we look at what happened.

1. Notice

We start by figuring out what's actually going on. What you're avoiding, where a decision is stuck, what you haven't let yourself consider yet, or where the language breaks down and what you're afraid to say.

2. Untangle

Identity, old habits, pressure, what no longer feels right, and language, tangled up in all of it. We pull the pieces apart so you can see what's actually yours to solve.

4. Practice

We work it into real life, so it's not just an insight or a plan. It becomes something you can reach for when the moment comes.

3. Rebuild

We build something better. A decision you can stand behind, a stronger way to advocate for yourself, and clearer language to carry it.

What's included:

A 90-minute No Blueprint Mapping Session to begin, where we map the whole situation and find the threads worth pulling first.

6 private, 60-minute Cross-Cultural Coaching sessions

10 private, 60-minute Professional Communication (English) sessions

All sessions one-to-one over video call

Between-session support by WhatsApp or email, with a response within one business day

The full work — coaching and language — held by one person, so nothing falls through the gaps between them

The option to continue afterwards, depending on availability

This is for clients who need both depth and practice — the space to understand the whole situation, and the repetition to turn it into how you actually operate.

Investment: $1,950

The value here is that the three strands are worked as one, by one person, instead of in separate rooms.

A limited number of sliding-scale places are available where the full fee isn’t accessible.

Next Steps

If this sounds like your situation, the first step is a No Blueprint Mapping Session.

Ninety minutes to slow the whole situation down and see it clearly - what’s language, what’s culture, what’s the bigger question underneath, and how they’re connected. You’ll leave with language for what you’re experiencing and a real sense of what would help.

It stands completely alone — and if you go on to the full Intensive, it’s the first piece, not an extra cost. The $225 comes off the price. Nothing is wasted either way.

Not sure the Intensive is right, or whether you need this much?

Tired of translating yourself, across languages and cultures at work or in your personal life, and calling it normal? Try this five-minute quiz, a rough sketch of what's actually going on.

If it turns out your challenge really does sit mostly in one place, one of the standalone services may be all you need — and I’ll tell you so. The Intensive is for when it genuinely won’t sit still in one place.

In case you're wondering...

How long does this coaching take?

Several months, usually. This is deep work - 16 sessions plus the Mapping Session, and it’s paced to let real change settle rather than rushed to a finish. We’ll find a rhythm that fits your life and your deadlines.

What if we discover I only need one type of coaching?

Then I’ll say so, and we’ll adjust — or point you to the standalone service that fits. The Mapping Session exists partly to check this. You won’t be talked into carrying more than you need.

What actually comes out of the Mapping Session?

A clear read on what’s actually going on — which parts are language, which are culture, which are the bigger question underneath, and how they’re connected. You’ll leave with language for what you’ve been experiencing and a real sense of the next step, whether or not that step is the full Intensive.

Is this coaching, language teaching, or therapy?

Coaching and language work, together — not therapy. We look at what’s happening now and what you want to do about it, across both the language and the life around it. It can be emotional, and it’s forward-facing and practical. If what you actually need is clinical support, I’ll tell you, and I’d rather tell you early.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes. Employer-sponsored coaching is welcome, and the Intensive is well suited to it — I can provide a professional invoice and a clear description of the program, its objectives, and the areas of development, for your employer or L&D team.

This is the deepest work I do, and it asks the most of you.

Looking at the whole thing at once — the language, the culture, the decision, the version of yourself you've been since you moved — is harder than looking at any single piece.

You won’t have it all resolved by session three.

But you won’t be untangling it alone, and you won’t be doing it in pieces, with no one holding the whole. We’ll know from the Mapping Session whether it’s right before you commit to the whole thing.
