Last updated: 18th August 2026

By using this website (noblueprintcoaching.com), you agree to the following Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before using the website.

Who we are:

The Website is operated by No Blueprint LLC trading as No Blueprint Coaching ("No Blueprint Coaching," "we," "us," "our"), a business registered in the United States, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal information you provide when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, take our quiz, or contact us — and the rights you have over that information.

We will alert you to any changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the website means you accept them. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

Information we collect:

We collect information from you when you visit the website, subscribe to our newsletter, take our quiz, or get in touch. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of the information described below. The information we collect may include:

Information you give us. This is information that identifies you, such as your name and email address, which you provide voluntarily — for example, when you subscribe to our newsletter, take our quiz and ask for your results, or email us. Providing it is entirely voluntary, though declining may prevent you from receiving certain things, such as the newsletter or your quiz results.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the dates and times you access the website, and the pages you view. Where this involves analytics cookies, it is collected only after you consent (see "Cookies and tracking" below).

Quiz responses. When you take our quiz, hosted by Interact, your answers — and your email address, if you choose to receive your results by email — are collected through that service.

What we do not collect:

We do not sell products or take payments through this website, so we do not collect payment card or bank details here. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health or financial data) through the website, and we do not run advertising or retargeting.

How we use your information:

We use your information to serve our legitimate business interests — running the website and offering our coaching services — and, where required, with your consent. Specifically, we may use it to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and correspond with you;
  • Send you our newsletter and updates, where you have subscribed;
  • Deliver the quiz results you have requested;
  • Understand how the website is used, so we can improve it;
  • Compile anonymous, aggregate statistics for our own use;
  • Troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud or misuse, and protect the security of the website; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations and defend our legal rights where necessary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How and why we share your information:

We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to run the website and provide our services, as set out below.

Service providers:

We share information with the third-party services that help us operate, listed under "The services we use" below — for example, our newsletter and quiz platforms. Each processes your information on our behalf or under its own privacy policy.

By law or to protect rights. We may share information where required by law, to respond to legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business or others, or to investigate fraud or misuse.

External links:

Our website links to other websites we do not control, including Calendly and our quiz platform. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply once you leave our website. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit through a link from ours.

The services we use:

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data on its systems.

  • Newsletter — MailerLite. Our newsletter is delivered through MailerLite. When you subscribe, your email address and any details you provide are stored on MailerLite’s systems and used only to send the emails you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. MailerLite’s privacy policy: mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

  • Quiz — Interact. Our quiz is hosted by Interact and opens on its platform. Your answers, and your email address if you opt to receive results, are processed by Interact. Interact’s privacy policy: tryinteract.com/privacy.

  • Scheduling — Calendly. Links on our website take you to Calendly to book calls. Calendly is not embedded on our website; when you follow a Calendly link you leave our site, and anything you enter there (such as your name, email, and booking details) is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy: calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice. We receive the booking details you submit so we can hold the call with you.

Email:
When you email us at [email protected], we use your message and email address only to respond to you.

Website hosting and blog:
 Our website is built and hosted on Showit, and our blog runs on WordPress. These platforms process standard technical data needed to deliver the site (such as your IP address and server logs), and the blog may set its own cookies.

Cookies and tracking:

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. Like most websites, ours uses a small number of them. We use only two kinds: cookies strictly necessary for the website to function, and analytics cookies that are set only with your consent.

Consent first.

When you first visit, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing non-essential is set until you choose, and declining is as easy as accepting — the website works fully either way. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the website, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can disable them in your browser settings, though this may affect how the website works.

Analytics — Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website — which pages are read, how people arrive, and roughly where they are located — in aggregate. Google Analytics cookies load only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner. We have configured it not to use advertising features, and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies. External services linked from our website may set their own cookies on their own pages.

"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. Because analytics on our website already runs only after you opt in through the cookie banner, no tracking happens unless you actively accept it, so we do not respond separately to these signals.

International data

We are based in the United States, which means the information we collect may be processed and stored in the US. If you live outside the US and choose to use our website, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your own. For visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK, transfers to the US rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe; correspondence is kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward; and analytics data is retained according to the period set in Google Analytics. When information is no longer needed, we delete it. We cannot control the retention policies of third parties; to have a third party delete your data, contact them directly, and we can provide a list of the providers we use on request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and choose providers that maintain appropriate security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly of any known breach that might expose you to serious risk.

Children

This website is not designed for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the website. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 16, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can contact us to access the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from our newsletter — we honor these requests for everyone. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you additionally have the right, under the GDPR and UK GDPR, to: access a copy of your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk).

If you are a California resident, you may request, once a year and free of charge, information about the personal information we disclose to third-party marketers (we do not sell your information or share it for third-party marketing). If you are a California resident under 18, you may request removal of content you have publicly posted on our website.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you give us your name and email address for the purpose of sending you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, though we may keep a record of past subscribers as needed for our business and as permitted by law. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Severability

If any part of this Privacy Policy is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, all other provisions remain in full force and effect.

Law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, and any dispute relating to it is subject to adjudication in the State of California, USA — except that if you use the website as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
